Official Rules For Market Wars Open Beta Contest
Introduction
By participating in the Market Wars Open Beta Contest (the “Contest”), you are agreeing to these Contest official rules and all related terms and conditions (the “Official Rules”), and the Market Wars Open Beta Game Testing Agreement (the “Agreement”). Market Wars reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the Contest or amend these Official Rules.
Eligibility to Participate
The Contest is open to participants who have agreed to and signed a valid Agreement, and are in continued compliance with all terms of the Agreement. All Contest participants must be at least 18 years of age or older. By entering the Contest, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any Contest rewards that may be awarded to you at the conclusion of the Contest.
All Market Wars contractors, employees, and associates are not eligible to win any fungible token rewards or any limited edition non-fungible token rewards offered during the Contest.
To enter the Contest, you must satisfy the above eligibility requirements, and play Market Wars to earn achievements as described below. Use of any automated system to participate in the Contest is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Limit one (1) Contest entry per Market Wars account. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
Contest Rewards & Winners
The following Contest rewards will be awarded to eligible participants:

All non-fungible rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered or provided. Market Wars reserves the right to substitute rewards of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control require doing so. Market Wars' decision on any aspect of the rewards for the Contest is final and binding.
All Contest winners will be determined by the game performance criteria listed above. Contest winners will be notified via the email address.
Miscellaneous
Data Use and Publicity: By participating in the Contest, you understand and agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the Contest may be used by Market Wars, without additional compensation, for the purposes of administering the Contest, promoting and marketing the Market Wars game and the Contest through Market Wars’ social media channels, and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
Release of Claims: By participating in the Contest, you agree to release and hold harmless Market Wars and its respective agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses caused by, arising out of, or related to your participation in the Contest and/or any Contest-related activities (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).
Dispute Resolution: You agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Contest shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a court in Anguilla; (2) to the extent not released by the preceding provision, any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Contest, but in no event any right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and any other damages, fees, or expenses, other than for actual out-of pocket expenses.
Governing Law; Jurisdiction: The Contest, the Agreement and all related documents, and all matters arising out of or relating to the Contest or the Agreement and the benefits and obligations provided hereunder, whether sounding in contract, tort, or statute, for all purposes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Anguilla, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that would cause the laws of any other jurisdiction to apply. Any action or proceeding by either of the Parties shall be brought only in any court located in Anguilla. The Parties hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Anguilla and waive the defense of inconvenient forum to the maintenance of any action or proceeding in such venue.
